The following "Return & Refund Policy" applies to TechCella products.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • TechCella will respond to return requests within 24 hours after receiving the customer's email.
  • Return eligibility requirements:
    • Item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags).
    • Item must be in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided.

B. Shipping Costs for Returns

  1. TechCella Pays for Return Shipping

    • TechCella will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to TechCella's error, including the following situations:

      • Item arrived defective and cannot be resolved with a replacement part.
      • Incorrect item shipped due to our mistake.
      • Order shipped to the wrong address by TechCella.
      • Duplicate order shipped in error.
      • Item malfunctioned during the 30-day return period, provided the customer has installed and operated the item properly according to the product manual.

      • Special Case Explanation
        • If a product has quality issues, customers are required to return it to the designated TechCella warehouse in the United States. TechCella will cover the shipping costs for the return.
        • However, if the return address provided by the customer differs from the original shipping address (e.g., the original address was within the United States, but the return address is in a remote or international location), and this results in shipping costs exceeding TechCella's initial shipping expenses, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fees.
    • Customer Pays for Return Shipping

      • Returns Due to Customer Error:

        • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and fees vary by region.
      • Prepaid Return Shipping Labels:

        • TechCella will provide prepaid return shipping labels, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
      • Orders with Special Shipping Charges:

        • For orders with special shipping rates, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
      • After the 30-Day Return Period:

        • If the item is faulty or malfunctioning after 30 days, customers can refer to the TechCella Warranty Policy for repair services.

    Important Guidelines for Damaged/Defective Items

    1. Proof Required:

      • Customers must provide photos or videos to support claims of damage or malfunction.
      • Without proof, the return will be treated as "buyer’s remorse," and the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
    2. Pre-Return Verification:

      • Claims of defective or damaged items require proof before the return is accepted, with no exceptions.
    3. Repair Options:

      • If the issue can be resolved with simple parts, TechCella offers free replacement parts and repair guidance to avoid returning bulky items.

    C. Return Address

    • For return addresses, please contact TechCella customer service via email at service@techcellapower.com to obtain the correct location based on our warehouse availability.

    D. Refund Policy

    • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that your payment bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.

    E. Return Requirements
    Refunds or returns are accepted if one of the following conditions is met within 30 days of the customer receiving the product:

    1. Product is damaged during transit, with proof provided.
    2. The product is found to severely differ from the original description in one or more important aspects.
    3. The product is found to have a performance failure that is not caused by human damage. The customer should assist us in completing all battery tests, and both parties must confirm that the product indeed has a quality issue.

    F. Order Cancellation Policy

    1. TechCella typically ships your order within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact TechCella as soon as possible. If the product has not been shipped, the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours.
    2. If shipped, customers must reject the package in person. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the package returns to the warehouse.
