Warranty Policy

We appreciate your interest in TechCella's products and services. By choosing TechCella, you are investing in exceptional quality and reliability.

We are pleased to offer the following warranty coverage for our products.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Covers poor performance of products when used correctly following the product manual.
  • Warranty periods:
    • Batteries >100Ah (new & like-new): 5 years.
  • The warranty begins from the date of purchase.
  • Kindly ensure that you thoroughly review the product manual before installation and usage, and adhere strictly to the provided guidelines for proper battery operation

2. Procedures for Warranty Claims

  • Issue Analysis: Issues will be analyzed within 24 hours to help restore battery use and provide optimal usage methods.
  • Replacement Process:
    • If our product fails to function properly, the customer will assist us in completing all battery tests. Once both parties confirm that the product indeed has a quality issue, we will send a new replacement battery after the defective battery has been returned to our US warehouse using the pre-paid label provided by us. The defective battery will then be inspected and tested by our technical team to analyze the issue.
  • Refund/Replacement Services:
    • From the date of purchase, if our products encounter quality issues and fail to function properly, we offer replacement or refund services within the first 6 months and replacement services from the 7th month until the end of the warranty period.

3. Warranty Conditions

  • Only applicable to the original purchaser. If gifted or resold, claims must go through the original purchaser. Original order information is required for warranty claims.
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for customers who need to return the product to a designated location within the specified timeframe.
  • Replaced or serviced batteries retain the original warranty period without extension.
  • Failures due to incorrect handling, modifications, improper installation, or deliberate damage are not covered. If the consumer fails to install, use, or maintain the product correctly according to the instructions in the user manual, resulting in significant quality issues, such cases will not be covered under the warranty.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TECHCELLA OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF TECHCELLA OR ITS AFFILIATE OR SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
  • Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Neither TechCella nor its suppliers will be held liable or responsible for any damage or loss to any items or products connected to, powered by or otherwise attached to the Product.
